Independent Rock Label Announces Ambitious Multi-Album Release Schedule

Barnsley, South Yorkshire, UK — Revolution Radio Online is proud to announce the official launch of Rock Rebel Outlaw Records (RRO Records), a new independent record label dedicated to original rock music, concept albums, and creative storytelling through sound.

Born from the spirit of Revolution Radio Online's long-standing commitment to supporting independent artists and celebrating the full spectrum of rock music, Rock Rebel Outlaw Records represents a natural next step in the station's evolution — from broadcaster to creator.

The label's mission is simple:

Drawing inspiration from classic rock, progressive rock, southern rock, blues rock, symphonic rock and concept albums, Rock Rebel Outlaw Records will focus on releasing original works that place storytelling, musicianship and imagination at their heart.

Speaking about the launch, Revolution Radio Online co-founder Darren Smithson said:

The label has revealed an ambitious programme of releases spanning multiple genres and styles.

EDGE OF THE SKY

Black Summer featuring Dee and Lady Black Uriah

The debut release from Rock Rebel Outlaw Records.

A collection of ten original tracks blending melodic rock, southern rock, blues rock and arena-ready anthems. Featuring songs such as Rock For All, Run It Back, Storm Child and the epic Outlaw & Widow Trilogy, Edge of the Sky is designed as the soundtrack to open roads, summer adventures and endless horizons.

THE ETERNAL WATCHER

EON

A sweeping orchestral and progressive-rock inspired work exploring themes of time, destiny, memory and the passage of civilizations.

Combining classical symphonic arrangements with progressive rock influences, The Eternal Watcher represents one of the label's most ambitious projects.

LEGENDS OF THE DARK

EON

A gothic rock and horror-themed concept release celebrating the mythology of monsters, ghosts, dark folklore and classic horror storytelling.

Created in conjunction with Revolution Radio Online's annual Halloween celebrations, Legends of the Dark promises a dramatic blend of atmosphere, storytelling and cinematic rock.

SONGS FROM ANOTHER EARTH

EON

A progressive space-rock concept album presented as a mysterious recovered transmission from another reality.

Blending classic progressive rock, cosmic storytelling and retro-futurist imagination, Songs From Another Earth explores distant worlds, forgotten civilizations and signals from beyond the known horizon.

Looking Ahead

Rock Rebel Outlaw Records has also confirmed development of a second Black Summer release planned for next year.

Expected in 2027, Welcome To The Revolution will continue the band's signature blend of melodic rock, powerful storytelling and anthemic songwriting while expanding the growing mythology surrounding the Black Summer universe.
