What have we got for you on this week's Doc's Blues Rock Show #185? Well.........I am sure that we are all fed up with the debacle that is Brexit, so what better reason than to have a 'Euro Blues' show? We have got bands/artists from Belgium (inc. Tuxedo Swamp Blues Band and Stef Paglia); from The Netherlands (inc. Cuby & The Blizzards and Twelve Bar Blues Band); from France (Felix Rabin); Spain (Ramon Tuto); from Sweden (inc. Louise Hoffsten and Sven Zetterberg); from Norway (Bergen Blues Band and Jorgen Sandvik); from Luxembourg (Crossroads Blues Band) and from Finland (Erja Lyytinen and Wentus Blues Band); plus some from the UK (inc. The Voodoo Sheiks, Smokey's King Shufflers, Rebecca Downes, Paul Limb and Travellin' Blues Kings) and a few from the US (inc. Sean Chambers and Chase Walker). There will be some Swamp Blues from BB, Elmore and Muddy. Plus the first four from Erja Lyytinen's new album 'Another World'; plus a 'Live At The Doc's Blues Bowl' of Northern Ireland 's Gary Moore, Scotland's King King and Belgium's Bluesbones. Yep, it's looking like another great Monday evening, Blues Brothers and Sisters. Time to rid you of them Monday (and Brexit) blues and chill out to the Doc.
Hope you can join me at 7 pm on Monday for your weekly dose of 'Cool Blues'. You know it makes sense!
