• Album on the WEEK: Counting down to BRS500, Album of the Week returns counting down to my Number 1 All Time Favourite Album. So this week it will be Number 32 in my all-time favourite albums chart, but which album is it? I'll give you a clue: It's by a metal band that have been around for decades, in fact many say it is the band that started metal! Now, if that doesn't give it away, nothing will!

• Rock Blitz: 5 songs back to back, no interruptions, all singalonga: This week it's ONE HIT WONDERS & SHOULD HAVE BEEN BIGGER II, but WHO are they and what songs will they be performing?

• First Look: Two new artists to the station- Simon Kent and... ROGER FILGATE!?! Oh and a special surprise for TRUE Connoisseurs of the NWOBHM...

• TRINITY: In respect of tomorrow being St Patrick's Day, we have heavy hitters from Ireland!

• TRINITY: In honour of the amazing gig by Halestorm, a Trinity of songs by them.

• Dee's Leg Guitar Greats: Three songs with a solo or riff so EPIC, simple air guitar just won't do! Except this week it's ONE 15 minute epic. What is it? Who is it? Listen to find out.

• Live at the BRS: 3 live songs from to finish the show. This week we will have Magnum, STYX & Asia.
