LISTEN2MYRADIO TERRIBLE CUSTOMER AND PLATFORM SERVICE FORCE MOVE.

Due to continued poor service from l2mr (our radio host service provider) and an outrageous pricing model that would see us paying over £100pm to keep a 320k stream for all our listeners to listen to at the same time, we have decided that we will no longer use them as our radio partner.

We currently have 4 others lined up and will spend some time deciding which one will provide superior service for us- and crucially provide us with our 320k stream without wanting £1000's per year.

This process may mean a short disruption in the stream of a few hours, and may mean the postponement of a show. The stream at first may also only be 128k to 256k whilst we sort out contracts etc and payment rates but we will shift back to 320k as soon as possible.

Hopefully, the whole thing will be sorted within the week (although the 320k stream may take a month), but we'll keep you apprised.
