This week we are going down on the farm (for a cup of tea and a slice o’cake) with the yokels as ‘The Play Wot Dave Wrote’ is Worzel The Brave’ – yep a spoof on Worzel Gummidge. So, expect plenty of suitably themed songs throughout the show about Farm(ers), Fields , Scarecrows, Bravery, Fighting etc.
This week Pen’s Featured Album is Brave New World by Iron Maiden. Ann’s Man of the Week is Captain Beefheart and her Formative Years comes from Richard Harris. In What’s Your Style we will have Blues, Jazz and Brass - all within the theme of the week, of course. There are 4 excellent tracks for Pen’s Rock Picks and, there are 3 in her Chill Out Zone. There will be all the other usual features (see Pen’s poster, below) and, as ever, our normal eclectic mix of music. There will be music from Buckcherry, Eddie Rabbitt, Supertramp, Counting Crows, Magnum, Hollies, Dylan, Pink Floyd, Carolyn Wonderland, Deborah Coleman, Sally Oldfield, Eric Clapton, Motorhead, Mark Knopfler and many more.
The show will finish with a bit of classical therapy with Tahiti Trot (Tea For Two) from Shostakovich.

Thanks Dame Pen. x
Have a great evening all.
